Thank you for making our key collection and rectification process a very pleasant one!

Our appointment to collect the keys was on 20 May 2011 at 9.30am. Although we were early and reached at 9am, your Project Executive was already at the lift lobby, waiting to bring us up to our apartment. On the way, he asked if there’s any special rituals that we would like to perform after we opened the door € this reminded me that in our excitement, we left our “ong lai” (pineapple) in the car boot. Being Chinese, we like to have an auspicious start to an important occasion. Thanks to his reminder, our “door opening” ceremony was a joyous and successful one.

The apartment and development did not disappoint us either. The quality and workmanship of the finishing were good. The swimming pool and view on the high floor are excellent € they really add value to our property.

Your Project Executive has been very patient and professional in explaining the handover procedures. When we appeared lost, he did not mind repeating them and we were grateful when he assured us that we could always contact him when in doubt € which we did. The rectification process was equally seamless. I logged in my rectification request on 23 May 2011 morning. His turnaround was very quick € he called in the afternoon and arranged to meet me the very next morning at 8.30am. This is excellent response! We were equally impressed when he managed to complete all rectification works within 5 days.

We really appreciate his help. His invaluable advice and professionalism has made the whole process a very pleasant and memorable experience.
