It is with extreme happiness that I write this email. I am the owner of The Axis. My wife and I had stayed at a number of projects built by renowned developers. I’m glad to tell you that the high standards set by the Novelty Group have surpassed most of them easily.

One of the strong reasons being the personalised after sales service from your project executive. Upon collecting our keys, we noticed some defects and highlighted to him. He was prompt to rectify the defects and also followed up with us to make sure that our moving in was comfortable. His “can do”attitude and ever smiling persona make the whole process much easier. He even followed up with a couple of phonecalls when we failed to arrange the appointments for the repairs.

When he met some of my renovation contractors, he kindly informed that some of the appliances provided by Novelty were of high quality and they could help by being more careful. I’m glad that my renovation went smoothly without a hitch. Even after his job was done, whenever we see him around the Axis, He is always checking if there’s anything that needed his help.

Novelty Group makes great projects and great service from your staff like him has guaranteed that we’ll definitely look out first for Novelty Group’s projects of we needed another home.

I must also mention that the security guards have also done a great job so far. While their job only encompass the security of the building, he even went out of his way to help my wife carry some heavy groceries when she came back alone with my two kids.
