During my first visit to take over possession of my unit in The Axis, I was met warmly by your Project Executive at the gate with zest and enthusiasm. He is polite, friendly and very helpful. He patiently explained in great detail the administration regarding the handover and showed us around the unit, presenting the furnishings provided by your company. Me and my family were very happy with almost everything provided for in the unit, which were aesthetically very pleasing and of good quality, of course amidst minor defects which we understand is bound to have in any development. However, he took full responsibility for the defects and ensured all rectification works were done swiftly and to standard as he understand the demand any owner naturally wants for his own house, as well as our anxiety to move in as soon as possible. He even went the extra mile to spend time and offer many thoughtful suggestions and things to look out for during renovation. He is always available during the past few months to answer our queries and provide assistance beyond expectations in every way within his knowledge.
I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to him for giving me and my family such a pleasant experience and making a supposedly tedious task of moving in such a pleasant one. He is truly an asset to your company and I wish to congratulate you on having such an able assistant. The quality of your product and the service standard of your staff will definitely assure any owner of their sound investment. Keep up the good work!
