The experience from taking over the keys till settling the defects have been smooth sailing and no hiccups. Your Project Executive was very detailed in his explanations on the procedures and, together with his team, always responding to my calls and queries whenever I have questions without fail.

I respect your team for their professionalism in their role as they are very detailed and also went the extra mile to educate me on how to maintain the appliances and furnishings that comes with the apartment.

I’m very satisfied with the remedies on all defects that were reported and they were also very fast to revert to me and get it settled.

It has been truly a great experience and once again, I would like to express my thanks to your team for the patience in answering all my questions.
