The purpose of this letter is to formally commend your Project Executive for the excellent service and support rendered for the project development, iResidences.

Your Project Executive has a great responsibility and leadership qualities in ensuring that customer satisfaction is met. He is very patient and often explained in details whenever we have any concerns. He has given property owners a peace of mind and assurance that the defects will be taken care off. Even though we have shifted into this apartment for almost 4 months, we still see him patrolling around the estate most of the time in the late evening and even weekends to ensure that the estate is kept to the resident’s satisfaction.

In addition, I would also like to commend on the outlook of the building. It is very modern as per the brochure, and we especially like the bronze metal facade which looks like a piece of artwork! The amenities are awesome, except that the gym is rather a disappointment as there are only 2 equipments available.

In closing, I believe that your Project Executive and his team truly deserves to be congratulated and rewarded for providing that extraordinary commitment to customer service and support.
