Please allow me to write this overdue email as it’s been a busy one month since I took over the keys to my Luma unit on 20 May 2011. It is only right for me to send you a short note to compliment the professional services which were provided to me and my wife as well as support rendered to my agent.

Firstly, you were punctual for the key collection appointment and took the time to explain to us the different aspect to take note of during the taking over of the apartment direct from the developer and this made us feel comfortable.

Secondly, you took quick action to rectify the natural crack in one piece of the marble of the master bathroom shower area even before we’ve officially put that in the defects listing.

Thirdly and most importantly, when we noted a crack in the balcony ceiling, you took immediate action to get that corrected the next day although you’ve assured us that there is no safety concern at all. This gives us comforting assurance that Novelty Group places safety above everything to make sure we are living in a safe environment.

Once again, appreciate all the great professional services rendered to us and look forward to your continuous support in the future.
