On 25 Nov 09, my family and I arrived at The Axis to collect the keys to our unit. We met a nice and pleasant gentleman at the gate to The Axis. He introduced himself, was courteous and helpful and that made it easier for us in taking over the unit.

As I had bought the unit in the Sub Sale Market, I had not seen the show flat. All that I knew of The Axis then, were from the photos in the Agent’s brochure on The Axis. Hence, when we entered our unit, we were pleasantly surprised to find that, though the unit was small, it looked nice and bright and it had quality fittings, such as the kitchen cabinet and appliances, the wardrobe and the sanitary fittings in the toilets.

The small development also has a nice swimming pool, gym and playground. Over the last 2 months, the common areas at The Axis have been greatly enhanced, such as the carparking area.

I must commend him and his team for being helpful and efficient. The list of defects which I gave to him was rectified within 10 days. He assured me he and his team will always be on hand to rectify defects as and when require. Many thanks.
