I like to express my hearty thankfulness to your staff, Mr Fazal & his team for being a great help & understanding he has shown to my request for defects rectification despite the fact that he is already hard pressed by a host of owners.

He has attended to everyone of my request conscientiously even though time is of the essence after T.O.P as we only have 3 weeks before handling over to our tenant.

Kudos to Novelty for making Espada one of the most sought after investment project for its exclusitivity in prime location & layout. Though there are considerable defects but its finishes are reasonably good by any standard.

On the whole I reckoned Novelty Group has done its very best in ensuing a smooth handover to the landlords amidst the odds. Here I shall hereby end with the well wishes that our ruling government often uses.
