It is with pleasure that I am writing this letter to commend the management and staff of Bluwaters 2.

My wife and I bought and shifted in Bluwaters 2 recently. And I would have to say everything from the day we collected our keys, to renovation and then to house moving have been a pleasant experience. But these would not have been possible without the help of your friendly and able management and staff.

From the very time we collected our keys, we were convinced that our decision to purchase a unit in Bluwaters 2 was the right one and we will be very happy living here. Your staff was not only friendly and approachable, he was also eager to help us with any problems with regards to our unit. He was thorough and competent during the handling over of keys. But what impressed us the most was the efficiency in which he was able to see to some minor rectifications that needed to be done in our unit. The rectifications were really minor because the whole estate in our opinion was built and completed really well. All fixtures and facilities were excellent and I would have to say, the finishing was excellent. The Indian supervisor and his workers, under the supervision of your staff, saw to our problems quickly and efficiently. The workers were always friendly and we were pleasantly surprised one day when they asked about our stay so far and if we need any help with any repairs.

Your staff, from the estate management, was also friendly and helpful. Busy as she was, our application to renovate our house was attended to promptly. My interior designer, who had the most contact with her, had nothing but praises. He said that she was helpful and always had time to help him with any renovation queries.

So, keep up the good work!

Lastly, I have to praise the day guard for doing such an excellent job not only in keeping our estate safe, but also attending to the many queries and requests from the residents there. It’s not an easy job, but she has done her job excellently, always with a friendly and understanding smile.

Moving house to a new environment is never an easy task but everyone at Bluwaters 2, and even the “Encik” gardener (he really kept the place clean and green!), helped in many ways to make our transition here a pleasant one.

So, it is really my honour that they are willing to take the attached photo with me to keep as a memento in our lives in this new estate. (It was a pity my wife had to work that day…)
