I met up with your Project Executive who helped guide me through the key drawing process. I have heard good comments on developments by Novelty Group and iResidences is no exception. The workmanship and finishing were of exceptionally high standards. The appliances and fittings given were of sturdy European Brands. Only minor defects were observed and this was seamlessly resolved by logging into the user friendly online defect reporting system. The unit has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Marina Bay Sands, this came as a pleasant surprise and was possible because of the L-shaped design of the balcony. Overall, your Project Executive’s friendly, patient and helpful personality and excellent workmanship of the development makes it a great experience for me, a new home-owner.
