The entire process was carried out smoothly and your Project Executive had also made an effort to go through each item on the handover list to make sure all keys, warranty cards and certificates are properly filed and labeled prior to handing it over to me. He was also patient when I was inspecting the unit and reminded me the process for submitting list of defects (if any) and updating the owners’ / tenants’ particulars.
