I am the owner of a unit at iResidences. I would like to express my appreciation and compliments to your Project Executive and his team. He is very responsive to resident’s feedback and goes out of his way to ensure that their concerns are met. He even replied to my SMS on weekends, and made special arrangements to facilitate the rectification of defects in my unit before the tenant moved in. Despite of his busy schedule, he is always smiling and pleasant to the owners.

The quality of workmanship at the iResidences is high, and the finishes are well done. I love my unit.
