I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to your Project Executive for his services when collecting keys for my apartment at iResidences.

Several weeks ago, I was in a hurry to collect my keys as I had a business trip upcoming and will leave Singapore for 2 weeks. Your Project Executive had a full schedule but was willing to skip his lunch hours in order to do a proper handover to me. I was impressed with his cheerful and customer-focused attitude, and the meticulous details he reviewed with me regarding my unit.
