I am the owner of an unit in Evania. I am writing this letter to compliment your Project Executive.

Since the very first day I received the keys to my unit from him, he has been very sincere and dedicated to his work. He explained very clearly when he handed over the unit. When I listed my complains over the defects of the unit, he responded to my complains within a short period of time. Thereafter, when I moved in and found further problems to my unit, he did not hesitate to answer my call and immediate actions were taken. I really want to thank him for being so committed to his work and his helpfulness towards my request.

I would also like to compliment the group for building such nice toilets and kitchen for my unit. Although my unit is small but the kitchen facilities that your group built are well praised by my friends who visited my unit. The kitchen cabinets are especially well in place and nicely built. The cooking facilities provided are of a high quality. The toilets are spacious and cosy. All facilities are very classy and give you a sense of relaxation. I would also like to compliment the flooring of the unit. They are of good quality and the colour blends well.

I would recommend the condominiums of Novelty to my friends. Good day!
