To whom it may concern,

I recently moved into Bluwaters 2 as a tenant. Even though there are minor defects and the layout is in a Western style, I have to admit that the quality of the finishing is excellent as compared to other condominiums I had lived in. Besides, the personnel-in-charge has been very helpful in resolving problems I encountered.
