Greetings. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Novelty Capital Pte ltd for their great work towards the new project – Bluwaters 2 at 205 Jalan Loyang Besar, Singapore.

With its great location, calm and nice looks, and top-quality interior, I must say that I am a proud owner of one of its units. The premises are nicely planned, showing lots of thought by the architects and the engineers to make the best out of the available space. With the well-before-time launch/completion, the team announced its efficiency from day one. Then, starting from the initial handover till date, things have gone very smoothly. The team, with its onsite presence, has demonstrated excellent customer service, quick turnaround on defect rectification and other related support activities. The whole team including the hands-on members are very knowledgeable and punctual to their duties. The work has gone forward with minimum disruption to the residents.

Above all, the whole team has demonstrated willingness to provide excellent post-sale support to the owners of the units. Once again, my sincere appreciation to the whole team behind this great project. I look forward to my stay at the Bluwaters 2.
