Lucida is very outstanding when I approach from Thomson Road. Carpark layout is well planned and very neat. My unit layout and design is excellent. It is spacious and even comes with a relaxing balcony even though it is studio size. Top grade material and fittings are utilized, such as programmable switches for lightings, remote controlled air-conditions and branded kitchen appliances. Interior design is luxurious and modern.

I’m confident that I have made the right choice in this investment and am considering keeping this unit as my home for relaxing and retirement.
