I should have write to you much earlier but due to busy schedule its was delayed.

I am the representative for 26 Newton #07-05. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks you and  your defect team staffs for the superior job that was performed on our unit at 26 Newton.  Everyone including you are quick in response and defects issue were settled quickly.

Again I thank you for solving it quickly and your company is so lucky to have a responsible staff like you. Hope you will continue your good work in the future.
