We are the purchasers of Luma and feel it is very necessary to put it on paper the excellent service that we have received from your Project Executive and the entire Luma team.

They have made the defects checking a breeze and did not shrink from responsibility when defects were pointed out to them, regardless how minor. They were very professional and took the time to explain the causes and also the rectification steps that will follow. We were very assured.

The turnaround was also acceptable and most of the defects were rectified (except the 2nd bedroom wardrobe which your Project Executive has stated has to be ordered). We also need to compliment your Project Executive for going the extra mile to re-do the master bedroom flooring after we failed to notice a scratch on the parquet. That is truly great client service!

Now, the unit and its fittings are largely reflective of a modern property in River Valley Road. We are very proud owners and happy to have purchased a unit in Luma.
