In terms of the furnishing of the unit and property handover from the developer to the owner, I would like to say that the process of handover was quick and the report of defects process and inspection was smooth and fast. I received the keys to my unit and within a few days was able to report all the rectification works that are need for my unit. Customer Service(Susan) arranged for Mr Tan to come down onsite to do the joint inspection of the defects. The defects was resolved in a timely manner and there was one issue related to my washing machine area where my washing machine was not able to fit in. Mr Tan worked with the contractors to help resole the issue. I am very happy with the customer service provided by the team.
As regards to the furnishing, the wardrobe and kitchen items are of high quality. I am impressed with the wall plastering quality in general.
In addition, before the expiry of the 1 year warranty, Customer service (Susan, Mr Tan and team) and team was very responsive to my requests to fix some minor defects that have appeared after one year. They fix some of the plastering cracks, parquet flooring issues. Service was prompt and the workers did a good job to rectify the defects.
Overall, I am happy with the experience received from the customer service and the overall development of the property. My tenant who is renting the unit has also commented that they liked the development and locality of the property.
