I have just gotten the keys and became a proud owner of a one-bedroom unit at Lucida. I would like to mention that as far as the interior of the unit is concerned, it is commendable that the quality and the finishes of the interior is very good, including the kitchen and electrical equipment that come with the property. In fact on first and second inspection I found very little fault with the finishes and quality. It has one of the best quality of a new building that I have seen so far.

Special compliments should also go to your Project Executive for Customer Service, who did the handing over of my unit. During the handing over he patiently led us through a preliminary inspection of the various aspects of the unit and explained the documentations that I should pay attention to. He showed professionalism and has been most helpful.

The few other comments that I have about the development are as follows:
– The Location of Lucida is very central, close to the Novena MRT, the Goldhill Square and Velocity shopping malls and Orchard Road.
– The ground floor area approaching the lift lobby (just inside the residents drop-off area and behind the car bays) could have been enclosed with air-conditioning.
– The Gym room is a bit too small but the swimming pool is quite cosy and impressive.
– It is very nice that the ground floor lift lobby is air-conditioned.
