It is very accessible with Newton and Novena MRT Stations just a stone throw away. It marks the perfect location for modern living. Walking through the main entrance, the 25-storey development housed an exquisite collection of 62 luxurious units with excellent design on the exterior and aesthetical appeal throughout. Upon stepping into my unit, I was taken in by the fine craftsmanship of the renovation for my flat! The premise was already fitted with branded kitchen equipments, water closets, shower fittings, taps and electrical appliances. The carpentry works are superb, with the wall surface and timber flooring fitted with imported materials. On top of that, my unit has a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.

Last but not least, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff and management of Novelty Group. I greatly appreciate the special arrangement on the first day of collection of keys. I was the first house owner and the only one to collect on that day but you made it convenient specially for me! Once again, my very best wishes to Novelty Group.
